Xenobia Ten is a native Torontonian composer, singer & producer.

The new CD KISS MY AFRO is set to launch in  2013 and it will be like nothing you

have heard before. Merging genres & crossing generations, the "movement" that

is PunkJazzHipHop covers ALL sound - NO LIMIT

Usually in the background, behind the scenes in the industry, Xenobia takes centre  this time. "This is the dream gig" she says, looking forward to collaborating with a select, coveted fav HipHop, Rock, Jazz, Blues, etc. fellow artists. "i want these players to lay it down exactly how they feel it".

MOST of her work is studio-based.  Xenobia started out as a DJ "Lady Love" in local niteclubs. A writer for film, tv and artists, she boasts a diverse background. Her genre is without borders, She began singing (live) Heavy /Rock. Blues is her self-affirmed niche. A stint on the underground Jazz scene followed (Miles Davis & Jaco Pastorius predominant influences). R&B established her among noted peers in major local & international venues (Amy Winehouse is amoung her influences)."Some of my Best Friends R Dead", a left field pseudo-jazz bump n

grind original cut from the cd pays homage to all four of her muses.

At the end of her live tenure, she was one of a Southern Gospel quartet, Cloud 9 with whom she performed the world re-known Montreal Jazz festival for CBC in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
